Simon Lewis is the best friend of Clary Morgenstern and the boyfriend of Isabelle Lightwood.
History[]
Simon and Clary were in the same circle of friends, which including Izzy, her brother Alec, and Clary's boyfriend Jace.
Clary's father Valentine owned a company, the Institute, for whom Isabelle worked. The Institute was also holding an anniversary party planned by Alec, and Valentine gave Simon a gig at the party. While there, Simon planned to ask Isabelle to move in with him.
